RETURN POLICY

You can request a return for any item purchased on Valentino.com within 15 days from delivery.

ONLINE RETURN

- Please complete the online Return Form within 15 days, specifying if you want to be refunded or to exchange the items

- The items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and including any accessories or dedicated packaging

- Orders picked up in boutique can be returned to the same boutique, or shipped to Valentino using the provided DHL return label

- The items must be sent from the same Country/Region where they were delivered

- Items marked as Final Sale (such as Fragrances and Customized items) cannot be returned or exchanged

Returned items will be verified before issuing a refund or shipping the exchange. Items which do not meet the guidelines described in our Return Policy cannot be accepted.
