RETURN IN BOUTIQUE

You can return your order purchased online at any Valentino boutique within the same Country/region where the order was delivered.

You do not need to fill in the online Return Form: simply bring the items to the boutique of your choice within 20 days from delivery/pick-up.

Return items which do not meet the guidelines described in our Return Policy cannot be accepted. Refunds may take up to 7 working days to be processed. Refunds can only be issued to the same payment method used for the order. The time necessary for the refund to show in your account will depend on banking procedures and on the payment method.

Please note that Items marked as Final Sale (such as Fragrances and Customized items) cannot be returned or exchanged.

If someone is returning an order on your behalf, make sure they have:

- a copy of your ID

- a valid ID of the person who is returning

- the shipping confirmation email (printed or on a mobile device)

- this delegation letter printed and signed
