SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

Please note delivery times are approximate. Items shipped from outside the US will be dispatched with Standard delivery. Delivery may take longer under special circumstances.

Orders are shipped and delivered during business days, with the exception of local holidays and warehouse closures.

All orders are shipped with UPS, or with DHL if the items are stocked in our International hub. As soon as the order has been picked up by the courier we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow the delivery on the UPS or DHL website. If your order contains more than one item, it is possible that they could be sent at different times and from different locations. You will receive a confirmation email for each item. In this case, the shipping fee will only be charged once.

Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.
