PICK UP IN BOUTIQUE

You can place your order online and collect it in a Valentino boutique of your choice.

At checkout, please select “Pick up in boutique” as the shipping address and choose which boutique you would like your items delivered to.

Orders take an additional 48-72 hours to process upon delivery to the store of your choice and you will receive an email once your order is ready for pick up.

Kindly remember to bring with you:

• A valid ID
• The shipping confirmation email (printed or on a mobile device)

If someone is collecting an order on your behalf, make sure they have:

• A copy of your ID
• A valid ID of the person who is collecting
• The shipping confirmation email (printed or on a mobile device)
• This letter of authorization, printed and signed

The boutique will gladly hold your order for 15 days, so you may pick it up at your convenience.
