PLACING AN ORDER

After you place an order online, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details of your purchase. We will let you know as soon as the items are shipped and provide a UPS or DHL tracking number to follow the delivery.

If you login or register before you complete your purchase, you will also have access to all this information in your account. 

Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they are available. In case your order contains both in-stock and pre ordered items, the items will be shipped at different times.

Please note it is not possible to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed, but you can request a return or exchange on any item purchased online, in accordance with our returns and refunds policy.
